Key concepts
The words Vergio uses, defined once: accounts, weekly list, in-market score, credits, pipeline, and more.
The vocabulary that runs through the whole product, defined once. Skim it now and the rest of the docs will read faster.
Accounts
A store you are tracking. Every store on your weekly list, in your pipeline, or that you have checked is an account. Each account carries its score, its signals, and any report you have generated for it.
ICP
Your ideal customer profile: what your agency sells and the kind of Shopify brands you want. You set it during signup and can refine it in settings. Vergio matches and scores stores against it. You can run more than one ICP profile, and each gets its own list.
Weekly list
Your ranked list of the best in-market accounts for your ICP, rebuilt every week. Stores are sorted into A, B, and C tiers (hot, warm, cool) relative to your own list, so you always get a clear "call these first" split. Stores you save or mark Not a fit are not surfaced again.
In-market score
A 0 to 100 score for how ready a store looks to hire an agency now. It blends how well the store fits your ICP, how much recent buying-intent activity is on it, and how much upside a report found. A higher score means a better time to reach out.
Signals
The meaningful changes Vergio spots on a store over time: new products, price moves, a new app, review growth, active advertising, and gaps a teardown would fix. Signals are the evidence behind a score.
Store check
An on-demand look at a single store. Run one to see its health and top opportunities without waiting for the weekly list.
Growth report
A full, client-ready teardown of a store in your brand, with prioritized fixes and an honest opportunity estimate. This is what you send a prospect.
Credits
What you spend to generate growth reports. You see the exact cost before a report runs, and your balance lives in Billing.
Pipeline
Where saved accounts become tracked deals. Move a store here from your weekly list to manage it through to a signed client.
Workspace
Your agency's shared account: teammates, settings, billing, and API keys. Everyone you invite works in the same workspace.
