Tell us what is broken or what you want next, and hear back when it ships.
Found a bug, or want something Vergio does not do yet? Send it in a few seconds, and we will tell you when it is built.
Send feedback
- Click the help icon in the top bar and choose Report a bug or request a feature.
- Pick a type: Bug, Feature, or Other.
- Add a Title and some Details, then click Submit.
For a bug, the page you were on is pre-filled under Where did this happen?. Leave it as is, or edit it if the problem started somewhere else.
Track what happens next
Open the Support page from your avatar menu and switch to the Feedback tab to see everything you have sent and where each item stands:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | We have read it. |
| Planned | It is on the roadmap. |
| In progress | We are building it. |
| Built | It is finished and on the way. |
| Shipped | It is live for you now. |
| Not planned | We are not taking it forward. |
| Duplicate | Someone already asked for the same thing. |
Hear back when it ships
When something you asked for goes live, we email you and add a note to your notifications. You only hear from us once it is genuinely working for you, not a moment before.
