My target accounts list looks empty or thin

Read the state shown on Target accounts first:

  • Warming up means the first build is not ready yet.
  • An inactive or unfunded Managed Watch needs capacity in Billing.
  • An unavailable read means the current result is unknown, not empty.
  • A ready but thin Shortlist can mean your ICP is narrow. Refine it in company settings.

A store I want is not on my Shortlist

Run a store check to assess it on demand. The Shortlist still contains only the strongest stores inside your funded Managed Watch capacity.

My wallet balance is too low

Use Add funds in Billing. Paid funds do not expire. You can also set a balance-triggered top-up or a monthly commitment under Funding rules.

A report failed. Was the $6.50 captured?

No. Vergio reserves the amount when the report starts, captures it only after the quality check, and releases the reservation if the report cannot be completed.

Why did a store drop off my list?

The Shortlist is rebuilt from current evidence and funded capacity. A store can fall below the funded cutoff, or leave after you mark it Not a fit. Use the Not a fit lane and choose Bring back to make a dismissed store eligible again.
