My weekly list looks empty or thin

Your first list is warmed up during signup, so it is rarely empty. If it looks thin, your ICP may be narrow. Refine it in company settings to widen the vertical, size, or geography, and the next rebuild picks up more stores.

A store I want is not on my list

Run a store check on it. If it fits your ICP and shows buying intent, it can join a later weekly list. Checking a store in the app also starts tracking it.

I ran out of credits

Top up in Billing. Purchased credits never expire, and you can turn on auto top-up so you do not run dry mid-week.

A report failed. Was I charged?

No. If a report cannot meet the quality bar or the store could not be read fully, the credit is refunded automatically and the reason is shown.

Why did a store drop off my list?

Your list rebuilds every week. A store drops if it cooled off, or if you saved it or marked it Not a fit. Rejected stores are never re-surfaced until you restore them.
