Billing and wallet
See what is available to spend, fund your wallet, review usage, and manage recurring watch costs.
Billing is where you manage the workspace wallet. Open it from the nav to see the available balance, funding rules, current usage, recurring work, and payment history.
Check what is available
The Overview lane starts with Available to spend. Promotional funds are shown separately because they expire; paid funds do not expire. Held amounts are not available for new work until the related action settles or releases them.
Your first $10 is promotional credit that expires after 30 days. Managed Watch capacity, watched stores, Client Watch, and Growth Reports all draw from the same wallet.
Add funds
Click Add funds, enter at least $10, and review the balance after the payment. Tax is added at checkout where applicable; the amount you enter is the amount added to the wallet.
Wallet funds pay for Vergio work and cannot be cashed out. Contact support within 24 hours only for an entirely unused accidental or duplicate top-up.
Set funding rules
In Funding rules, choose either or both:
- When my balance drops below: add a fixed amount when the available balance crosses your threshold.
- Add a fixed amount every month: add a recurring amount and receive a 5% wallet bonus.
The page shows the saved monthly funding ceiling and the maximum that can be spent before the next funding cycle. A failed recurring payment pauses that rule instead of pretending it succeeded.
Review this month
This month separates charged, refunded, and net spend. History lists funding payments and opens a receipt with the amount charged, tax, wallet principal, and any commitment bonus.
Manage recurring work
Every month shows your active Managed Watch and watched stores with their expected monthly spend. Managed Watch costs $1.25 per slot-month. A self-directed watched store costs $1.00 per store-month. Client Watch costs $2.00 per client store-month.
Changing or cancelling watch capacity shows the spend effect before it applies. If the wallet cannot fund a change, nothing is added.
Growth Reports cost $6.50 each. The amount is reserved when a report starts, captured only after it passes the quality check, and released when it cannot be completed.
