Billing and credits
See your plan and usage, top up report credits, and add extra ICP lists.
Billing is where you manage your plan, your report credits, and your ICP lists. Open it from the nav. The owner, or a member with billing access, can manage it.
Your plan and usage
The Current plan and usage card shows your plan, your ICP limit, and your status. If your plan meters fresh accounts, a Fresh accounts this month bar shows how much you have used.
Report balances are shown as tiles:
- Available reports: everything ready to generate now.
- Included: the reports your subscription includes each month.
- Purchased: top-up credits, which never expire.
Change your plan
Pick a plan in the Plans section to subscribe or switch. On the Free plan you can also buy a one-off report.
Top up reports
On a paid plan, use Top up your reports to buy a report pack. Purchased reports never expire. If you turn on Auto top-up, Vergio buys a pack automatically when your balance drops below the threshold you set (available once a card is on file).
Add ICP lists
Use the ICP lists stepper to add or remove extra lists. Adding one takes effect right away; removing one is scheduled for your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
Manage payment and invoices
Use Manage to open the billing portal for your payment method and invoices, or Cancel to end your subscription.
