Team and roles
Invite your team, set what each person can do, and manage access to your shared workspace.
Everyone you invite shares one workspace: the same accounts, reports, and credits. Manage your team under Settings, then Team.
Invite your team
Click Invite teammate, enter their email, and choose their role. An invite link is valid for seven days; you can Resend or Revoke it from the Pending invitations list.
Inviting teammates needs a paid plan. On the Free plan the workspace includes only the owner.
Roles
- Owner: full control, including billing and transferring ownership.
- Admin: manages the team and company settings, but not billing unless you grant it.
- Member: uses the product and their own personal settings, with no workspace-management access.
Fine-tune access
When you edit a member you can:
- Turn on Billing access so they can view and manage the subscription (owner only).
- Set a monthly report cap by turning off Unlimited reports and entering a number.
Change or remove people
Use a member's actions menu to Edit role and limit, Remove from workspace (they keep their own account), or Transfer ownership to make someone else the owner.
