Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 21 July 2026
This policy applies to every use of Vergio, including Outreach Studio, the API, and MCP tools. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Permission-based email only
You may use Outreach Studio only to email recipients who gave your organization permission to receive the relevant commercial email. You must keep accurate evidence of that permission and honour any withdrawal immediately. A published, discovered, purchased, imported, or technically verified address does not by itself establish permission.
Prohibited email practices
- Cold, unsolicited, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful commercial email.
- Email warming, artificial engagement, spam-filter evasion, or reputation manipulation.
- Purchased, scraped, harvested, or third-party contact lists unless you hold separate, verifiable recipient permission.
- Ignoring an unsubscribe, opt-out, complaint, do-not-contact instruction, or applicable suppression list.
- Misleading identity, subject lines, claims, sender details, or affiliation.
- Using multiple accounts, projects, domains, or mailboxes to evade limits or enforcement.
Other prohibited uses
You may not use Vergio for unlawful activity, infringement, harassment, malware, credential theft, privacy violations, unauthorized access, resale of access, reverse engineering, or automated bulk extraction. You may not use Google user data for advertising, lending, surveillance, data brokerage, or generalized AI/ML model training.
Your responsibilities
You are the sender and are responsible for recipient permission, message content, sender identification, postal-address and unsubscribe requirements, and compliance with laws that apply to you and your recipients. Vergio's technical controls do not replace your legal obligations.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, disable sending, preserve evidence where legally required, or cooperate with providers and authorities. Contact us through the contact page to report abuse.
