Accounts and evidence

Open an account to see why it scored, its signal history, and everything you need before you reach out.

Click any store to open its account page. This is where you see why a store scored the way it did and gather what you need before you pitch.

At a glance

A key facts strip across the top shows the store's vertical, open deals, pipeline value, contacts, last activity, and signals in the last 30 days. A side rail lets you create a deal, enroll the store in outreach, or view its report in one click, and links straight to the Pipeline.

Why this account scores

The Overview tab breaks the score into Fit, Intent, and Opportunity, each with a short plain-English reason. This is the evidence you can point to when you decide whether a store is worth your time.

Store context sits alongside it: products, reviews, mobile speed, theme, and installed apps, so you know the shape of the store at a glance.

On Target accounts, click a row for the same breakdown in a side panel, without leaving the page. A score still settling carries a Needs confirmation flag.

Set the status

Use the Status control to move an account through your workflow: Suggested, Prospect, Customer, Churned, or Not a fit. Setting a status keeps your list and pipeline in sync.

Tabs

  • Overview: the score breakdown and store context.
  • Activity: notes and history. Type in Write a note and click Add note; filter by All, Your activity, or System.
  • Deals: the deals on this account, with a running Total pipeline. Click Add deal to start one.
  • Contacts: the people you have added for this store.

Generate a report from here

The Growth Report band lets you generate the report for this store and, once it is ready, view or send it without leaving the account. Preparing a new report shows the $6.50 wallet price before it starts.

Share a snapshot

Click Share snapshot in the side rail to generate a one-image summary in your agency's brand: the store's headline score and its top evidence, framed for a prospect rather than as internal tracking. Download it as a PNG or copy it straight to your clipboard to drop into a deck or email.

Keep customer-owned work when a store leaves the Shortlist

A store can fall outside your current funded Shortlist after you have saved it, opened a deal, or added contacts and notes. Its account page keeps that work available.

The page says the store is no longer on the current target list and does not invent a current rank or score. You can still review activity, manage deals and contacts, add notes, and enroll a permitted contact in a cadence. If the current list status cannot be read, the page says it is unavailable rather than claiming the store was removed.
