Supervise automation

Set standing rules, decide one-time approvals, and trace every automated action.

Use Inbox to decide what Vergio may do once or repeatedly. Nothing executes without a one-time approval or a standing rule created by a workspace member.

Choose a standing rule

RuleWhat it can doBound
Dismiss suggestionsSuggest or dismiss accounts matched by selected triage rulesNo spend, maximum 50 automated actions per day across the workspace
Prepare Growth ReportsSuggest or prepare reports for eligible accounts1 to 20 reports per month, with the saved monthly maximum shown before creation
Accept Client WatchSuggest or accept won deals into Client Watch1 to 20 active rule-created watches, with the saved recurring monthly maximum shown before creation

Suggest adds an approval. Execute acts within the saved cap. Creating the rule is your consent to that recurring maximum. If a cap, wallet ceiling, or available balance blocks an action, Vergio does not exceed it.

Revoking a rule stops future actions. Existing Client Watches remain active until you cancel them.

Work the three inbox lanes

  • Approvals shows pending one-time decisions, newest first. An approval expires after 14 days.
  • Exceptions shows failed or held reports, collection problems, wallet blocks, expired approvals, and open deals with no stage move, note, or account activity for 30 days.
  • Agent activity shows recent automated actions, their reasons, and their receipts.

Approving spend rechecks the current price. If it is higher than the amount shown, Vergio asks for a fresh confirmation. Batch decisions report each success or failure separately.

Understand automatic triage

Triage only considers a surfaced account with no open deal and no outreach activity:

  • Checkout stopped applies when checkout becomes confirmed disabled after admission.
  • Momentum gone applies when an account admitted as active or emerging has been at baseline for at least 30 days, with no positive event in 60 days.
  • Negative cluster applies after at least two distinct negative event families in 30 days.

Every match records its rule and evidence. Dismissal sets Not a fit, which means the account will not be suggested again. Momentum gone and Negative cluster therefore default to Suggest. An Execute rule must name either one explicitly.

Know what moves automatically

A reply opens a deal at Discovery. Moving a deal to Won converts the account to Customer. An open deal with no activity for 30 days appears in Exceptions. Nothing else moves a deal stage, and Vergio never closes a stale deal for you.

An executing rule can prepare a Growth Report without changing the account status. It can also accept a won deal into Client Watch within its active-slot cap.

Trace the receipt

Every executed action names its standing rule or approval. Agent activity shows the lifecycle, result, and action ID, so you can connect an inbox decision to the report, watch, or account change it authorized.

Agents with read:wallet can read the same approval and standing-rule state through list_approvals and list_standing_rules.
