The Outreach Studio sends permission-based email cadences for target accounts and stops the moment someone replies. Find it under Outreach in the sidebar.
Outreach Studio is in a limited pilot while Google reviews the mailbox connection. You can see it here and click Request pilot access; connecting a mailbox, building a cadence, and enrolling accounts open once your workspace is admitted. Pilot access does not depend on a plan tier.
Get set up
- Connect your mailbox. Click Connect Google mailbox and sign in. Vergio reads replies to threads it started and bounce notices, not the rest of your inbox; see our privacy policy. Each teammate connects their own mailbox. Disconnecting it pauses that person's cadences.
- Add your postal address. Under Settings, save the postal address that appears in every email footer. It is required to activate a cadence.
- Activate a cadence.
- Enroll an accessible account from Target accounts, an account page, or a deal.
Before enrollment, record that the recipient gave your organization permission to receive commercial email, including the source and date. You can do this on the contact record or in the enrollment panel. A public, discovered, imported, or verified address is not permission. Vergio blocks enrollment and send-time delivery when permission is unknown or withdrawn.
Build a cadence
Click New cadence and start from a template or a blank step. Each step is a plain email you write
yourself, with merge tokens like {{first_name}}, {{store_name}}, and {{signal_headline}} that fill
in per account. Browse them with Insert variable. A cadence holds up to six steps; set how many days
to wait between them. Follow-ups stay in the same thread.
Drop in {{ai_snippet}} for one optional personalized sentence, checked against the store's live
signals. Preview the email and footer with sample data or a real account. Your work saves as you
type.
Approve and send
When every check passes, click Activate cadence, confirm the summary, and tick the box confirming you wrote the emails and will enroll only permitted recipients. Steps lock while a cadence is active; Pause it to edit.
Enroll accounts from Target accounts (select rows, then Enroll in cadence) or from any account or deal. Choose a contact with confirmed permission and Vergio sends inside your send window. The moment someone replies, sending stops and Vergio opens a deal in Discovery, or adds the reply to an open deal. Bounced and opted-out addresses are suppressed, and every email carries a one-click unsubscribe.
A cadence can prepare and attach a Growth Report. The $6.50 wallet price for each new report is shown before you confirm. If the wallet cannot fund it, the enrollment does not disguise the report as ready.
